Social Support Group

We're excited to offer our next 5-week Social Support Group designed for individuals who are currently accessing or eligible for The Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC-PYP).

The program will start on Friday, 2 May 2025 and participants can choose from a variety of activities, including cooking and art classes.

The Government’s HACC-PYP program helps eligible individuals under the age of 65 maintain their independence at home and in the community by offering affordable healthcare and support services. Government-funded services are available, with a small fee payable based on income, which can be waived for those in financial hardship.
