MRH nominated as finalist in the Macedon Ranges Business Excellence Awards
1 August 2017:
Macedon Ranges Health (MRH) is delighted to be a finalist in the Not for Profit/Public Sector category for the 2017 Bendigo Bank Macedon Ranges Business Excellence Awards.
It is wonderful to see MRH recognised and is a great testament to the hard work, dedication and commitment of our staff, volunteers and board. We are also fortunate to be part of a community who supports us.
Through the establishment of new industry partnerships, implementation of innovative public/private programs and increased community engagement, MRH has successfully introduced new services not previously offered, reduced waitlists and enhanced local access to important health services, removing the need for people to travel long distances to access health and lifestyle services. In 2016 we introduced after hours Allied health services in response to the community demand for affordable access to health services for people that are either fulltime workers or carers.
MRH is constantly looking for partnerships to support new programs as per the community demand and continues to engage with the community.
The winners will be announced at an Awards Gala Dinner on September 20 at the Kyneton Town Hall and we look forward to celebrating with the other finalists .
