MRH Employees Honoured At Graduation Ceremony
14 August 2017:
Four Macedon Ranges Health Employees have graduated from the Warner Institute’s highly regarded "Building Confidence Working In Ageing Support & Disability" program.
- Merinda Norman (Gisborne Oaks)
- Lindy Velinsky (Lifestyle Enhancement Program)
- Lynnette Turner (Home Care)
- Tina Jones (Gisborne Oaks)
All four participants graduated with Certificate IV in Ageing Support (CHC43015) and Certificate IV in Disability (CH43115). As part of the graduation ceremony all graduates provided an inspiring presentation on the innovation they have designed to enhance care delivery and resident/client engagement.
These wonderful achievements are a great reflection on the commitment that Merinda, Lindy, Lynnette and Tina have made towards their own professional development. Macedon Ranges Health is very proud to have these four ladies in its organisation.
Over the last 2 years MRH has embarked upon a range of partnerships to strengthen workforce development opportunities including Alzheimer’s Australia, The Warner Institute and the Studer Hardwiring For Excellence Program.
