Remedial and Relaxation Massage
For those requiring relief from muscle tension, chronic pain, stress and overthinking, a variety of techniques are applied such as: myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, reflexology, deep tissue and Swedish massage and trigger point therapy. Massage can also improve joint mobility and flexibility and promote a sense of wellbeing and restful sleep.
Research has shown gentle massage improves the quality of life for people with a history or diagnosis of cancer.
Oncology massage provides some comfort by reducing pain, fatigue, anxiety, nausea and depression. The techniques used are gentle and pleasurable. Massage is safe with a qualified Oncology Massage Therapist at any stage along the cancer journey.

Pregnancy and Post Natal Massage
Massage relieves many of the discomforts experienced during pregnancy such as: backaches and stiff neck, headaches and muscle tension, depression or anxiety caused by hormonal changes.
Massage promotes greater vitality, reducing fatigue. It helps soothe nervous tension resulting in improved sleep and aids muscular flexibility, which is most helpful during the last trimester and birth itself
Post natal massage will assist the mother in regaining her strength and ease muscular tension.

Massage has a way of restoring balance back into your life by: calming the nervous system; improving energy and sense of well-being; relieving headaches caused by tension; alleviating the physical and emotional stress stored in your body and mentally helping to ‘switch off’
Complex Lymphatic Therapy - Casely- Smith Method accredited course with ALA
Complex Lymphatic Therapy (CLT) or Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy (DLT) includes skin care, manual lymphatic drainage, exercise that stimulates the lymphatic system, multi-layered bandaging and the supply of compression garments. Education for self –care is provided to support the outcome of therapy.
